Is the flower are artificial or fresh?
We use only fresh blooms for all the arrangements. We buy on a daily basis from local whole seller who import from Holland,South Africa, etc
Do you deliver in western region?
No. We can deliver only maximum 160km from our Dubai location. Some ares are non-serviceable.
Can you deliver on the same day of the order?
Yes. Delivery is possible on the same day of the order on all the days. We have same day service even on holidays. But kindly enquire with us before making an order online on holidays.
What is the earliest time you can deliver?
The earliest time we can deliver is from 10 am – 2pm time range.
Do you have other options of cake & flowers?
All of our available cakes & flowers can be viewed online from the website.
If I placed an order afternoon when the order will be delivered?
If the order received after 2 pm it will reach the recipient in the next time range (6pm-10pm).
How much time does it take for the same day delivery?
We have 3-time ranges for regular days (except valentine day/Mother’s Day) 10 am- 2 pm, 2pm-6 pm and 6pm- 10pm. We need to receive the order minimum 3-4 hours before the delivery within each of these time ranges. Eg: To deliver before 12 noon, the request needs to be placed at least by 8 A.M. If received after 10 am it will reach the recipient in the next time range (2pm-6pm).

Can I select the required arrangement online from the website?
Yes, you can select all arrangement online from the website.
Can you add a greeting card with my message printed/written on it?
Yes. A greeting card with printed message will be attached to arrangement. This message card will be handed over to the recipient in a sealed envelope.
Are you a flower shop located in Dubai United Arab Emirates (UAE)?
Yes. We have a physical shop that deliver flower arrangements and gifts at any place in Dubai & other Emirates
Is there any extra charge for delivery?
Delivery is free if the order is above AED 300 Dubai areas on all days. However, there is an extra delivery charge of AED 55/- for the delivery in other emirates.
Will the flower arrangement that you make be the same as in the picture?
We make all our efforts to ensure that the arrangement would be the same as in the picture. Peonies, roses etc. seen in picture may be fully bloomed, but in the actual arrangement it would be partially opened. We never replace one item with another item without the consent of the sender. As natural flowers, it may appear slightly different each day and may not always be the same. Number, color, and size specified with the picture would be strictly followed.
Can I add a balloon or cake to the order for flowers?
You can add cake to the order for flowers but for balloon we don’t have service yet.
Can I get some changes done in the arrangement as per the special requirement?
Yes. We can make changes in style or color while making the arrangement. There will be no extra charges for this. (Eg: If you have selected red rose and need to get the color changed to white, it is possible) We can also increase or decrease the number of flowers as per the requirement. Difference in amount can be settled while making the payment. We are flexible on this and only the time available for same day service would be a matter of concern. If any changes required you can mention the same in special instruction within the request or can be sent by email.
How can I place an order?

No, we don’t offer international shipping.
